Hay and toys for my bunny

I ordered a bag of timothy hay and a few chew toys for my bunny, and everything was great! The hay smelled super fresh, and my rabbit immediately started munching. The chew toys, especially the willow balls, were a huge hit. Shipping was quick too, only took 3 days to get here. I will definitely be back for more supplies, though I wish there were more options for large ceramic food dishes.

Reliable for hay and treats

I've been getting my hay from Bunny Shoppe for a while now, and they're consistently good. This time I got the alfalfa hay for my senior bunny and some pea flakes as a treat. The hay is always fresh and soft, which is important for her. The pea flakes are also a big hit, she goes crazy for them. It shipped in 4 days to reach Austin, which is pretty standard for them. My only slight complaint is that sometimes the larger hay bales feel a little less compressed than they used to, but it's still good quality hay. I keep coming back because their products are reliable.

Good hay, fast delivery

I ordered timothy hay for my rabbit. It arrived quickly, in about 3 days. Hay was fresh and my bun liked it. The box was a bit squished on one corner, but the hay inside was fine. Will buy again.

Good quality, minor shipping issue

I recently bought the enrichment toy box and a large bag of orchard grass from Bunny Shoppe. The quality of both items was impressive; the grass was green and fragrant, and the toy box offered a nice variety for my guinea pigs. However, the order took about a week to arrive, which felt a bit long compared to other pet stores I've used. Also, one of the stacking cups had a small chip, but it didn't affect its use. Overall, a solid experience with good products, just a minor snag with delivery time and that chipped cup.

Absolutely loved the enrichment box!

My recent purchase from Bunny Shoppe was fantastic! I got the enrichment toy box and my two bunnies went absolutely crazy for everything in it. The willow balls were an instant hit, and the snuffle mat kept them busy for ages. The quality of the toys felt really durable and safe for them. Shipping was surprisingly fast, it arrived in just 4 days to my house in Florida, and everything was packed neatly. I just wish there were more options for customising the toy box contents, but it's still a wonderful surprise every time! Definitely making this my go-to for rabbit supplies.

Saved money on first order

This was my first time buying from Bunny Shoppe. I needed some alfalfa hay for my young rabbit and saw they had a first order discount, which was a good 10% off. I also got free shipping because my order was over $50. The hay arrived quickly and was really fresh, a good value for the price. I compared it to other stores and felt this was the best deal for the quality. I'd definitely buy here again to save some money.

Good hay and fast shipping

I ordered some timothy hay and a new ceramic food dish. The hay was fresh and my rabbit loved it. Shipping was quick; it arrived in 3 days. Everything was packed well. I'll buy from them again.

Solid experience, minor shipping issue

I bought a wooden castle and some orchard grass from Bunny Shoppe. The ordering process was smooth enough, and the website was easy to navigate. The quality of the orchard grass seemed good, and my rabbits enjoyed the new castle, though it took them a bit to warm up to it. Shipping took 5 days to reach me in California, which is acceptable, but the package looked a little rough when it arrived, thankfully nothing was damaged inside. Overall, decent value for the products, and I would consider purchasing again if they have another item I need.
